Lead a troop of girls to be leaders!

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on April 21, 2009

Work with groups of 5-20 girls in the Kindergarten-12th grades, depending on your preference. Programs can last from 4 weeks to the entire school year and can teach girls anything from electronics to leadership to art. Volunteers are also needed over the summer to work with short-term programs. We have program kits that include all the materials needed - we just need caring adults (who can pass a criminal background check) to work with the girls! No previous Girl Scout experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity to test your Spanish-speaking skills! Make the difference in girls' lives today!

Volunteers must be 18 years old, pass a criminal background check, and go through a 2-hour training.
