Partners in Math is an 8th grade math program that builds relationships and student confidence through interactive problem-solving. Math Coaches bring their enjoyment of math, group skills, and real world relevance to the classroom.
Each volunteer engages a small group of students in solving hands-on math problems. Students benefit from small group interaction and getting to know a supportive adult from the community. Interested volunteers can register by going to www.classroomcoaching.org, clicking on Volunteer, and following the directions. Once you register you will be contacted to schedule training.
