We need volunteers to come out and help us clean up Waller Creek. Staff and students will be meeting on Sat. Nov. 14th at 8:30am to volunteer. The event will last appx. 2.5-3hrs and will be lots of fun. Every time we do this, students find a variety of strange objects and get to take pride in the fact that they helped pull out hundreds of pounds of trash from our waterways. Waller creek is home to a diverse array of wildlife and we need to make sure to keep it as clean as possible for the environment! Volunteers must register online at www.wallercreek.org and should also print out the liability waiver to bring with them on the day of the cleanup. We also ask that they wear appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes. This opportunity is sponsored by: Environmental Health and Safety
