Top Drawer Thrift is a thrift store run by Project Transitions, an Austin 501(c)3 nonprofit agency that provides hospice and housing care for people with HIV and AIDS. 100% of the proceeds in the store go directly towards Project Transitions. Volunteers are needed during regular store hours, Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, to assist with sorting and pricing donations, merchandising, and working in a general retail environment. Thrift store volunteering is great for individuals and small groups. Come with friends and hang out while you sort and price donations. Socialize while you give back to the community! **Volunteers with pick-up trucks or vans are also needed to assist with picking-up donations and/or deliveries.**
Volunteers must attend an orientation, which happens once a month. Please see our website to review the upcoming orientation dates. This opportunity is sponsored by: Project Transitions
