The trips are meant to be beneficial to both the community served and the participant. Part of your time is spent volunteering and part is spent sight-seeing/exploring. Trips vary from tutoring kids in the Southern Ute Indian Tribe to participating in Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts to park conservation work. Many former participants swear by the trips and eagerly look forward to their next ASB adventure!
