Xposure strives to empower youth through educational, cultural, and interactive programs to increase their knowledge, enhance their minds and broaden their horizons where they will develop skills that will assist them in becoming confident, intelligent, positive, spiritual, well rounded individuals capable of giving back to their community.

Description:
Xposure works with youth to provide after-school programming, cultural arts enrichment, fitness and nutrition programs, and life skills and mentoring for teens.

History:
Xposure Youth Foundation, Inc, a 501c3 organization was formed in March, 2002 in Smyrna, GA where it continues to have its office. Xposure is currently under the leadership of its Executive Director, LaTonda James. The organization’s mission is to expose under-served youth to the arts, literacy, nutrition, and mentors in an out of school setting with the ultimate goal of developing well-rounded individuals. Xposure was developed out of a love for youth and to address the lack of cultural exposure opportunities available to many youth in under-served areas in contrast to the opportunities afforded youth in more affluent areas.
