History:
Wakefield Women's Resource Center opened its doors on July 21, 2005. Our mission encompassed addressing the needs of women in life transitions and provided women with the tools and resources they needed to significantly improve their lives.

Our corporate administrative office is located adjacent to north Wakefield Plantation (New Falls of Neuse and Capital Boulevard). Our training and career development facility is located in the Highwood's Tower I complex off Atlantic Avenue and Highwood's Boulevard-Raleigh NC.
