Victim Advocates attend court with victims and/or victim families through the entire court process. Emotional support and referrals to support services that are needed on an individual case bases. Case management is also part of the position. Ideal candidates should have a social service background. Personal Computer and knowledge of Microsoft software needed to complete the Online training to be certified as a MADD victim advocate. A background check required.
