Make a difference in your life and the life of an elderly or disabled resident of Arlington County by joining a growing circle of VOLUNTEERS who serve as COURT APPOINTED VOLUNTEER GUARDIANS and CONSERVATORS for elderly and disabled residents of Arlington County. Individuals served by the Volunteer Guardianship Program have been determined by the Circuit Court to be incapable of handling their own financial or personal matters. They need someone to make decisions that they can no longer make for themselves.
Volunteers will receive training. Volunteers will undergo criminal and credit background checks.
