The Arlington County Fair will be used as an opportunity to promote the 2010 Census and educate the public on why it is important to complete the Census form. Volunteers will be utilized to hand out information and answer questions about the Census. There is a reserved space (indoors) at the County Fair for the 2010 Census.
There are no special requirements needed. Volunteers should be familiar with what the 2010 Census is and why it is important. Bilingual speaker are also welcome to pass along the Census message.

There is no parking at the fair. Shuttles will run continuously each day during the Fair's operating hours from the Arlington Career Center, 816 South Walter Reed Dr.; I66 Parking Garage, Corner of N. Quincy and N. 15th St. and the Ballston Metro. Parking is complimentary. A $1 fee for shuttle services each way will be charged and collected upon arrival at and exiting from the Fair site at the Thomas Jefferson Center.
