The International Coastal Cleanup is on Saturday, September 26th. In conjunction with Clean Virginia Waterways and National Public Lands Day, Arlingtonians for a Clean Environment (ACE) volunteers will be collecting and tallying trash at two locations. You won't believe what we'll find in our local streams and waterways! Come help make our local environment safer for people and wildlife. No experience necessary. Families and groups are welcome! No experience necessary. On site training. Bring work gloves if you have them, wear long pants if you are allergic to poison ivy, and bring sun protection.

We'll meet under the GW Parkway at the intersection of Glebe Road and Chain Bridge Road. Go North on Glebe Road. Before you get to Chain Bridge turn left on 41st Street. There is a small parking lot there or you will be directed to additional street parking in a nearby neighborhood. |
