Description:
We provide technical assistance and capacity building for faith and community based organizations. We have developed over 200 organizations from the ground up in 11 years. We work with organizations who focus is community and economic development, youth, the arts, housing and health. Some of the organizations we have impacted include: The International Campaign for Victory Over Violence, Generation Alive, Spirit of Life Adventures, One Accord Evangelistic Association, Partners in Ministry, International White Eagle Ministries, Can’t Keep Me Down, the Child Abuse Prevention Alliance, No Longer Bound Drug and Alcohol Regeneration Center, Jesse’s House Temporary Youth Shelter, the Georgia Faith-Based Initiative Task Force, Southside Ministerial Alliance, Kiamsha Development Corporation, Church of Greater Works, Church of Jesus Christ of Morris County, Shirley Wright Cotton International Ministries, Lea’s Kids, Inc., Kingdom Communities, The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater Atlanta, Inc., The Adamsville Community, Friends of Collier Park, Old National Merchants Association, Missions Without Borders, The Heart Institute of the Caribbean Foundation, Neighborhood Planning Unit H, and the American Clergy Leadership Conference. In our work with the leaders and these organizations we found a common thread, that is, the thread of the importance of the health and well-being of people, neighborhoods, communities and the world. Without healthy living and lifestyles we create violence, hatred, lack of care for each other, distrust, and anger. By engaging the people and organizations we work with in training, we have done our part to be a light in a world of darkness.
