Many homeless and low-income people lack the personal identification documents needed to get a job or to qualify for benefits they are entitled to. Their documents have been lost, stolen, or destroyed. Volunteers are needed to assist homeless and low-income clients in acquiring ID documents (GA ID, SSID, birth certificates, etc.) We also provide a mail depository for people who lack a permanent address, enabling them to receive mail at a secure and reliable location.

Volunteers must: be 18 yrs. or more, respectful of client's personal security & privacy, complete Pathways Confidentiality training course, able to meet scheduled hours for the program, & Internet literate.
