The Study Hall is a non profit organization that services the Peoplestown area. We are an after school program that helps students with their homework and create enrichment activities for them to attend. We also have an annual summer program that runs from June 9th-July 25th. Our summer hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We are seeking people who are interested in knowing the ins and outs of building and running a non profit program to assist as administrative support volunteers. These persons would help input and catalog information and to help organize the program.

Other aspects of this position include:

• Exhibiting enthusiasm for all scholars, learning, and the program.
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with scholars, other staff, public school teachers, parents, and management team.
• Keeping confidential the records and information regarding scholars, parents, and teachers.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Program or Executive Director.
• Be positive, self-motivated, and have fun.

Orientation and background checks are mandatory

Clear criminal history and no current criminal litigation.
