Help fulfill a vital need at the Furniture Bank by serving as a Donations Crew Member. Like many non-profits the Furniture Bank has had to downsize the number of paid members on our donation crew, thus we need to fill this position with volunteers in order to maintain the use of two donation trucks despite having to lose two staff.
A donation crew member will assist with collecting donations for the Furniture Bank.
Volunteers must be able to move and lift furniture and follow simple instructions. This opportunity is sponsored by: Furniture Bank Of Metro Atlanta

Take the Howell Mill exit off of Interstate 75. Proceed South/East to Chattahoochee Avenue. Turn right on Chattahoochee Avenue and proceed 1 mile to Permalume Place. Turn right into Permalume Place and proceed to the end of the row of warehouses. The Furniture Bank is the last warehouse on the right.
The Furniture Bank is accessible using Marta Route 1. Be sure to catch the Bus #1 that goes to Chattahoochee Avenue and Southland. The Bus has two different routes depending on the time you catch it. |
