The volunteer must be able to:
Maintain a neat, orderly environment
Able to operate a phone system
A good phone presence
Cheerful disposition
Someone who manages personalities well (i.e., irate parent or donor, etc.)
Able to assess what a visitor's needs are and how to direct them
Can manage a calendar to schedule appointments
Able to communicate clearly and consistently with callers, guests, and sponsors
