How does Project Overcoat deliver services? FOX 5 –WAGA Atlanta will publicize the need for coats/blankets. People will bring their donations to Lowes Home Improvement stores. Federal Express will transport the coats/blankets from the pickup sites to the Atlanta Union Mission’s warehouse. Agencies will then pick up the coats/blankets the week of January 25th. United Way 211’s number will appear on public service announcements for people to call to find agencies distributing the coats/blankets, and for those donating that have questions.
