WHY: Persons with developmental disabilities and their families often live at or below the poverty level. Once they have stretched their income to cover the basics - shelter, water, heat and light, there often is little left for food and practically nothing left for any holiday celebrating. It is hard to be left out of holiday cheer. You can make sure everyone is included.
