TO VOLUNTEER:  adults can sign up as a volunteer by going to the DeKalb County Website at www.co.dekalb.ga.us and clicking on the ""Volunteer DeKalb for Hurricane Katrina" link, or by calling 678-518-9303 or 678-518-9304.  Condensed orientations for new volunteers will take place every day next week, September 12-17, at 8:00 a.m.
