Description:
The Club provides diversified activites that meet the interests of all young people. Core programs encourage activities with adults, peers, and family members that enable kids to enhance self-esteem and fulfill their potential. Based on the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs and interests of boys and girls, and recognizing developmental principles, the Club offers diversified program activities in five areas: Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skilss, The Arts and Sports, Fitness and recreation.

History:
The Boys & Girls Club of EA was established in 1939 by Niles Barnum and Herm Fisher to provide a wholesome place to go after school to perfect their athletic abilities while developing the necessary character to become well-rounded citiznes of the community.
