Our mission is to provide care and shelter for abandoned or abused pets. Through public education and awareness we hope to improve the lives of animals in our community. We provide every animal with the dignified life all living things deserve.

Description:
We are a No Kill animal shelter serving Wyoming and surrounding counties. Our facility in Attica,NY averages over 300 cats and kittens as well as a smaller number of dogs. Staffed primarily by volunteers and funded entirely through donations the Wyoming County SPCA provides shelter, medical care and a loving environment for pets until they can be adopted into a forever home. We believe every animal deserves love and attention, especially those with disabilities.

History:
The Wyoming County SPCA was formed in 1905 and has served the animals of the area ever since. In 2000 we moved into our current location and in 2009 we installed a large fenced play area for our dogs. We've always been a No Kill shelter and strive to give every animal the love and care they need.
