Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are looking for an intern/volunteer to help us in coordinating the itineraries of international visitors. We receive 2-3 groups of international visitors per month through the Counsel for International Visitor. They come from all over the world, and are usually in town a few days to experience local culture while studying a particular social service or industry.
This position would entail researching cultural customs, developing a resource manual, helping to conceptualize and arrange itineraries, and working with our eCIV database. There would also be the opportunities to meet and greet and escort some of our international visitors around town.

Detail-orientated people, preferably those who are fairly familiar with the WNY area and its resources. Multilingualism is a plus, but not a necessity.
