Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The volunteer will be able to operate the historic 1916 Herschell Carrousel. In addition to families, many school groups, senior groups, group homes and tour groups come through the museum and are delighted when their tour ends with a ride on the carousel. We occasionally have a wedding party stop by for pictures in the wedding finery.

The volunteer must be trained to run the carousel. Safety of the visitors is important. The actual operation of the carousel is quite simple. Volunteers must be 18 or over.
