Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Many residents in our community can't quite make ends meet in today's tough economy. As a result, they visit our food pantry to supplement their family's food supply. Our food pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM - 1 PM, and we are looking for one volunteer for Tuesdays and one (or the same!) volunteer for Thursdays during these hours. Volunteers will be in charge of helping the client fill out the appropriate paperwork as well as assembling the food bags. Volunteers will be working with people from all walks of life. Please help us make a difference for hungry people in our community!

Volunteers will be trained by a social worker and should feel comfortable lifting grocery bags.
