The TAP Program (Telephone Assurance Program) is a free volunteer service which provides friendly telephone calls to Erie County seniors (ages 60+) who are frail, homebound, and isolated.

Phone calls can be made from the comfort of your own home, from your office, or from a sponsoring site in the community.
