Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Reading Rally Program is a remedial reading program for students in grades 1-12 who are experiencing difficulty with reading and writing. Specific individualized learning goals will be developed through on-going assessments in word recognition, fluency, comprehension, meaning vocabulary, and spelling development. Volunteers will use a balanced literacy approach and research-based strategies when providing instruction

Three hour (3hr.) professional development workshop will be provided free of charge to all committed volunteers.
