Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Description of responsibilities: Assist staff with the creation and printing of promotional materials for UNYTS blood drives.

Specific duties:
 Use existing templates to create and print blood drive promotional materials (posters, payroll stuffers, table tents, Burma Shave inserts, and appointment sheets).
 Create new templates for the above if necessary

Qualifications:
 Age: 16 & up
 Education: N/A
 Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word
 Other: Must have own transportation and plenty of patience

Time requirements: Day of the week is flexible, but Tuesday mornings are preferred (no Fridays) for 3-4 hours per week.

Training required: Volunteer Orientation (Specific training for the position will be provided by our Community Blood Services Coordinator.)
