Volunteer Opportunity Details:
Junior Achievement recruits volunteers from the community to teach Kindergarten through 12th grade students, in classrooms across Western New York, about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship. All volunteers are trained and provided with all necessary materials before working in a classroom. Time commitment varies from 5-8, 40 minute classroom visits over a period of time. All new volunteers are required to attend an hour long training session before working in a classroom.Volunteers should be available during the work/school day and should have a somewhat flexible schedule.
