Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to clients in the Kenmore, Town of Tonawanda area. Opportunities for drivers or servers to deliver hot meals to elderly and handicapped people who have a hard time fixing nutritious meals for themselves. Other volunteer opportunities in food preparation and could include cooking as well as packaging meals to be delivered. Organization almost entirely supported by volunteers.

Brief orientation for new volunteers. Drivers must have license and be willing to use their own vehicle. Hours vary from 7am to 1pm with meal delivery from 11am-12:30pm. Volunteer may volunteer as much as they like but one day per week is the standard.
