Volunteer Opportunity Details:

GENERAL ASSISTANCE

Assist case managers with shopping for new arrivals, setting up apartments, filling out forms, filing, assisting ESL teachers, tutor students in computer skills, help sort through donations. People could also put together welcome packs with toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc., or collect donations of household essentials such as dish soap, bath towels, Kleenex, sponges, light bulbs, all purpose cleaners. We appreciate donations of gently used dishes and pots and pans. Volunteers who collected and dropped off these items would be very helpful.
