Volunteer Opportunity Details:

This past week was mucky with rain, but it was necessary for all the green spaces we've been developing. This coming week we will be pushing ourselves to finish preparing some vacant lots so that we can plant strawberries, sunflowers and some other wild flowers. We will also continue building some beds, the pumpkin patch and some other accents in the gardens and getting the last of the plants in before it's too late.

We will be working every day this week--if you're not at your job, come by any time from 10-5pm. If you're only available Saturday and Sunday we'll be working in the green spaces from 10-4pm. So, bring your garden gloves and your sun hat to spend some time with us.

This and other gardening projects will be ongoing every weekend throughout the summer, so email voluteer@buffaloreuse.org if you're interested in getting involved!

If you are under 18, you must have a parent sign a waiver, which is available on our website or you can get a hard copy when you get here.
