Volunteer Opportunity Details:

You can help us to put books into the hands of children growing up in poverty. You or your group will read with patients in the waiting room at Jericho Road Family Practice, a doctor's office that provides excellent healthcare to low-income Westside families. This would be a unique opportunity to promote the joy of literacy, providing disadvantaged children with positive reading experiences while modeling easy read-aloud techniques to parents.

A minimal training and background check are required. Everyone is welcome!
