Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are looking for a volunteer or group of volunteers to assist us in keeping our yard and grounds looking their best. We are an assisted living facility in Buffalo with a large front and side yard. We would greatly appreciate assistance with picking up litter on a regular basis, weeding, raking, and watering flowers. Assistance is especially needed during spring months, when we may need assistance with planting and mulching. If you are comfortable working with our residents, you may even lead a garden group and encourage our residents to come out and join you in some of the simple gardening tasks.

You must be physically able to perform the duties of this assignment, including having the ability to bend, lift, rake and sweep.
