Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Volunteer will read the newspaper headlines and discuss current events with nursing home residents.

Permanent volunteers must be 16 years of age, meet New York State health requirements, have a physical and attend full day orientation. Community service volunteers (those who have a short term, approx. 20 hours, volunteer experience) have a "mini" orientation all prior to volunteer experience.
