Just 60 Minutes Can Change a Life!

When you volunteer to deliver nutritious meals Monday - Friday (on the day of your choice) to local homebound elderly and disabled persons, you have a tremendous impact on their lives. Just ONE HOUR of your time not only helps meal recipients maintain their independence, but the social interaction of your visit truly enhances their quality of life. Even one lunch hour a week can help.

The rewards are many. You will make new friends, have fun, feel loved, appreciated, be thanked endlessly, and know you're really making a difference in your neighborhood.

All volunteers will receive the training necessary for meal delivery. Those who choose to SERVE require mobility to enable them to get in and out of a car and to go up and down stairs. DRIVERS are required to have access to a vehicle, follow the rules of the road, have a valid driver's license, maintain active insurance coverage.

We have teachers, retirees, homemakers, students, and even employees who give their lunch time to volunteer. Anyone can do it!
