Volunteer Opportunity Details:
Drivers are an integral spoke in our transportation wheel. They transport blood products in sealed containers between collection sites and distribution centers. Drivers are responsible for delivery of crucial blood supplies to area hospitals. Shuttle drivers deliver supplies and information to our five area fixed collection sites and daily mobile drives. Short and long distance runs are available. Scheduling is flexible with shifts available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Shuttle drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid NYS drivers license, with a clean driving record. Drivers can have one passenger/navigator.
