Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The volunteer visits with in-patients who might like a little company. We have opportunities available in our out-patient clinical areas and in-patient nursing floors. The placement for out-patient clinics are Monday-Friday both morning and afternoon shifts - from 8:30 - 5:00 PM
Out-patient clinics include: Chemo-Infusion, Hematology, Phlebotomy, Head/Neck and Gastro.
Nursing in-patient are available on some evenings and weekends.

Must be willing to speak with cancer patients and people they have never met before. training is provided by staff and other volunteers in the assignment.
