Throughout Erie County, there are human services agencies in need of your human resources expertise. Possible projects include consultation on benefits such as health insurance; consultation on payroll; employee handbooks; job descriptions; EEO/ADA and other compliance; and development of policies and procedures. The Not For Profit Resource Center, an initiative of the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, would work with you to link your expertise to an agency in need. We would work with you to assure a match that is compatible with your interests, geographic preferences, and times available to volunteer, whether weekdays or other times.
