Volunteer Opportunity Details:
The American Red Cross has the nation's largest educational network, training almost 12 million people in lifesaving skills annually. Courses are designed to teach the exact skills people need to know in an emergency. Volunteer instructors teach courses such as First Aid, CPR, Swimming & Water Safety and Babysitting. Volunteer instructors are trained and equipped with books and materials. Classes are led at the Chapter, as well as in locations throughout the community. Friendly, good public speaking, communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation. Must have a Red Cross certification (will provide if necessary).
