Volunteer at one of two overnight summer camps in Eastern Kentucky. Our camps serve primarily kids from low-income families who pay just $10/week to attend. Camp counselors, lifeguards, and especially medical personnel needed. Volunteers live at the camp in dorm-style quarters and have weekends free for rest. VOLUNTEER as a TUTOR! Carnegie Center 2009 Summer Tutoring Program ONE hour per week can make a difference in a child's life! Each volunteer tutor works with a small group of 1 - 3 students.
