Committee's purpose: Review compliance documents (audit/financial review, 990, operating budget, Board of Directors roster, IRS designation of non-profit status) and make determination regarding the stability of agency and likelihood that agency will remain stable over coming year. Time period of commitment: Beginning as soon as committee can be convened, the committee must complete its work by May 6, 2009.
