Plans are underway for the 2009 Special Olympics Kentucky Area 8 Bowling Tournament to be be held on October 31st and November 1st in Lexington at Eastland Lanes. Volunteers are needed to serve as lane workers (ensure that athletes bowl in order, assist athletes, etc) and to help with awards (issue awards to athletes and partners). Volunteers must at least 16 years of age.
