Volunteer groups (5-15 people/group) are needed to clean and paint the Coleman House located on Red Mile Place. The Coleman House will soon serve as the home for adolescent substance abuse and mental health treatment. Funded by LFUCG, a multi-agency coalition will provided services in a facility undergoing renovation by the Lexington Homebuilders Association. Services are slated to begin in December. Volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age and be able to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours, put preferably 5 hours. It would be helpful if volunteers could bring their own step ladders/footstools, as well as rags. Painting experience is preferred but not a must.
