LAWYERS FOR CHILDREN AMERICA needs volunteer lawyers and paralegals to represent children in juvenile court proceedings. A training for new volunteers will be held Aug. 15 in Hartford and conducted by experienced child advocate attorneys, psychologists, and other professionals, and is designed to introduce participants to the child welfare system.
