Training, Inc.’s mission is to equip people to become self-sufficient. Founded in 1981, we have served thousands of disadvantaged women and men by providing them with marketable skills. Training, Inc. graduates are equipped with both the hard and soft (life management) skills necessary to get and keep a good job.

Description:
Training, Inc. is bridging the digital divide. We offer two computer-based career training programs designed to prepare disadvantaged clients to enter the Indianapolis workforce. Both programs are focused on equipping people to become self-sufficient in the new technology-based economy.

Our Career Track program is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. In that time, it has prepared more than 3,500 people to work successfully in any office environment. We have three specialty trainings: Microsoft Office Suite, logistics (distribution & warehousing) & medical clerical. Each includes an internship, job search assistance, case management, and at least one year of job retention assistance.
