ReadUP Tutoring 2009-2010
ReadUP is a tutoring program that matches volunteer tutors from the community with 4th and 5th graders that have been identified as reading below grade level. Why 4th and 5th grade? Research shows that if kids aren?t reading at grade level by then, they are less likely to graduate. You can help get them back on track, which can be an uplifting experience for all of us, beginning with you.
