This is your opportunity to volunteer for the 2005 American Association of Museums Annual Meeting! Over 5,000 museum professionals will be here in Indianapolis. Join this statewide volunteer team and show our Indianapolis guests true Hoosier Hospitality. WHAT: American Association of Museums Annual Meeting WHEN: May 1 -5, 2005 WHERE: Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis International Airport, convention hotels, and museums throughout the city HOW: If you have questions or wish to receive more information, please e-mail Laura Kladder at laura@maribethsmith.com or call the volunteer hotline at 317-234-0086. Please visit www.aam-indy.com to sign up for specific shifts. BENEFITS: All volunteers will receive the following: A volunteer shirt Access to the Volunteer Hospitality room in the Convention Center, when volunteering A one-day pass to attend AAM sessions for each shift worked. If you work two shifts, you will receive two one-day passes. (Evening events and workshops are not included in one-day pass.) Complimentary parking
