Integrative Health Pet Expo

The Center for Integrative Veterinary Care is a non-profit organization that is committed to educating and informing the general public, animal caretakers and the veterinary community about the integrative healthcare options available for the benefit of both animals and their caretakers.

Description:
The Integrative Health Pet Expo is a two day health and wellness event that offers pet owners the opportunity to interact with animal practitioners and providers of products and services and to learn about alternative and complementary approaches to providing healthcare for their animal companions.
There will be lectures from leading veterinarians on a variety of topics such as acupuncture, cancer, chiropractic, homeopathy,Lyme disease, nutrition, ozone therapy and vaccinations.
Exhibitors will be showcasing products and services that promote the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association's mission to support alternative and complementary approaches to veterinary healthcare in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

History:
The purpose of the non-profit Center for Integrative Veterinary Care is to educate and inform the general public, animal caretakers and the veterinary community about the options available to promote integrative healthcare for animals. The center's educational efforts include but are not limited to engaging in the production and development of educational videos, workshops, conferences, scholarly articles and other resources related to alternative and integrative methods of veterinary care.

The Dr. DoMore™ Project is a documentary film series that highlights the significance of integrative veterinary medicine and the importance of it becoming a mainstream model of veterinary care. The Dr. DoMore Project is sponsored by the non-profit Center for Integrative Veterinary Care.
