Genesis Club Inc. Support Worcester Individuals With A Mental Illness

Genesis Club provides services to individuals with anyone who has a mental illness. The mission of Genesis Club is to assist individuals to attain employment, housing, wellness, and friendships. Members of Genesis Club struggle with bipolar disorder, depression, mania, schizophrenia, severe anxiety, and many other forms of mental illness.

Description:
Genesis Club Members take an active role in running the clubhouse, members and staff together answer the phones, cook the meals, help with writing grants, visit folks at the hospital and some are Members of our Board of Directors.
The Genesis Club serves over 600 members of Worcester County every year. Genesis Club gives people a place to come during the day, be appreciated and welcomed. We focus on helping individuals with a mental illness with work, education, social and wellness goals. At Genesis Club we focus on a persons strengths and goals for the future. We have several projects that we need help with, as we just cannot get to these things everyday. We appreciate any help you can provide as we do not have any volunteer here during the day, this Day of Caring will be a huge help to us.
