Worcester Community Connections is funded by the Department of Social Services. Worcester Community Action Council serves as the Host Agency for this initiative and the City of Worcester is the Primary Fiscal Partner.

 Ensuring that services meet the needs of the people
 Help parents to become more confident, competent and nurturing
